     就目前情况来看,我国的暖通空调行业容易受到多方面因素的影响。目前我国暖通空调还不够先进,暖通空调的设计技术还不够高,尤其在技术及自主创新方面与发达国家还存在较大差距。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,暖通空调在人们生活中占据着越来越重要的地位,以至于很多企业纷纷投入到了暖通空调市场当中。但因企业在进行经营时,更重视暖通空调为公司带来的经济利益,而忽视了对暖通空调系统功能的研究与分析,尤其是暖通空调的节能减排方面。然而低碳生活一直是我们国家政策强调的重点,所以我们更应该重视暖通空调在装配式混凝土建筑中发挥节能减排的作用;通过不断创新、采用先进的技术结合以往宝贵的经验不断完善空调节能功能,从而保证暖通空调能够更好的服务于生活。
2装配式建筑的暖通空调系统节能设计中应当遵循的原则
     为了能设计出既能满足人们需要,又有良好节能效果的暖通空调系统,在设计暖通空调过程中应注意几个方面:
    (1)在设计暖通空调节能功能时应从消费者角度,为消费者设身处地的思考,要考虑到消费者的心理,要知道消费者想要的理想的设计是什么样的,在符合实际、符合科学性的基础上对暖通空调进行设计;
    (2)暖通空调在加热方面应该注意保证均匀加热,保证人们在使用暖通空调过程中的舒适度;
    (3)在进行设计时,设计者应考虑到自动调节室内温度的功能,不同人对温度的适应度不同,有人觉得温度适中其他人可能就会觉得此时的温度过冷或者过热,所以应该不断的优化空调系统设计以达到该功能,从而满足人们的需求,实现节能减排;
    (4)在进行暖通空调设计时要充分考虑到其实际使用价值。要遵循其在实际生活中的使用价值,不能脱离实际。在充分满足人体舒适度的基础上,尽可能的减少资源的浪费;并充分利用一切有利的资源,进而促进更好的实现节能,使系统的舒适度与系统的节能效果有机的结合起来。
